I am a residency trained psychiatrist.  I am also veteran of the US Army with nine years of active duty service.   I have clinical experience working in diverse treatment settings and with a broad range of emotional and behavioral disorders.

Currently, the typical person seeking help from mental health, is getting too many medications, too many labels, and not enough time and understanding.  Your needs are unique to you and your situation.  You require my time and patience to be fully understand.   I have experience, but it is of no use to you if I don’t take the time to learn who you are and what your experience is.

■ The treatment of opiate dependance with Buprenorphine.

Dr. Dittmer treats ages 18 and older in his private practice in Carolina Performance at the American Institute of Healthcare and Fitness.

Fees:

$250 Clinical Intake; $200 Clinical Hour (50 min); $110 Brief Session (30 min), $100 Medication Management

Payment is due at the time of the scheduled appointment.   24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid the full fee charge for missed or cancelled appointments.

Although Dr. Dittmer does not directly collaborate with insurance networks, patients are welcome to contact their insurance provider regarding the reimbursement procedure for out-of-network benefits.

Dr. Dittmer asks that you complete an intake form prior to your first visit.  Please print the appropriate form below and email/fax/mail the completed form to Dr. Dittmer at least 48 hours prior to your visit.
